문의에는 문제가 발생한 기능, 수업 날짜, 화면에 표시된 안내를 적어 주세요. 비밀번호, 인증 코드, OAuth 토큰, 호스트 시작 링크는 보내지 마세요. 참가 링크의 비밀번호 부분도 가려 주세요.

Zoom 계정 요금제·결제·Zoom 앱 자체의 문제는 Zoom 지원에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

Contact support@clubstudy.co for installation, meeting preparation, join-link, disconnection or data requests. Include the affected feature, lesson date and displayed message. Do not send passwords, verification codes, OAuth tokens or host start URLs. Support hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 Korea Standard Time, excluding Korean public holidays. We provide an initial response within two business days of receipt.
